    Our Tenant Placement Only service is designed for owners who prefer to manage their own properties but want professional support securing qualified tenants.

    We handle the marketing, screening, and lease execution — you maintain day-to-day control.

    This service is ideal for experienced landlords who want stronger applicants, reduced vacancy time, and properly structured leases without committing to full-service management.

    Per turnover, we provide a presentation reset to maintain rental standards:

    • Full linen laundering
    • Bed remake & towel refresh
    • Inventory check
    • Starter consumables (dish soap, laundry pods, etc.)

    Consumables are reimbursed at cost.

    This service ensures your property maintains the quality and consistency needed to support premium rents and positive reviews.

    $145 per hour

    Perfect for owners who self-manage but want expert guidance with leasing, compliance, tenant screening, lease setup, maintenance planning, and operational strategy.

    You stay in control. We provide the structure, protection, and experience.
