*Application + One Time fee are required to take the hold property for 72 hours, and begin screening process. One Time fee is applied to your rent ledger with approval.

Gather your needed documents + other info

  • Proof or Identity:

    • 2 forms of valid, unexpired ID (Drivers License, Passport, Social Security Card, or Birth Certificate)

  • For residential/rental verification:

    • Email and phone number of current landlord, or leasing office

  • Personal Reference

    • Someone who can advocate on your behalf.

  • For income verification:

    • 2 Months most recent paystubs

    • 2 months most recent bank statements showing deposits from employment/pay

    • Email and phone number of Supervisor or HR to verify employment
